Court documents show the couple's proposal was re-shot for her reality show and that conversations about her marriage concerns were filmed after she'd already filled for divorce.

The executive producer for "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" took part in a deposition last month and a transcript of his testimony has emerged.

Kim allegedly didn't like her initial reaction to Kris' proposal, so she asked to reshoot it.

It was also suggested that Kim has used a tear stick in crying scenes filmed for the show.

NBA star Kris hopes to prove that Kim married him for publicity.
