Mel Gibson Allegedly Still Hates Jews

Joe Eszteras is the writer of 'Showgirls' and 'Basic Instinct.' Besides the sexy stuff, he's written all kinds of screenplays and books.

Two movies he made, 'Music Box' and 'Betrayed,' are, he says, a condemnation of anti-semitism.

In the letter Joe sent to Mel Gibson, he alleges that those films are what made Mel come to him in order to film 'The Maccabees,' a story that was to be the Jewish 'Braveheart.'

What better way to nullify all his anti-semitic rantings than to make a movie exalting the very race of people he was supposed to have been disparaging?

But, also in the letter, Joe says Mel spent more time lecturing him about Jewish conspiracies than actually trying to make the movie.

I could detail some of the theories, but it'd be more fun to read them. Especially on page 2 of the letter.

All I can say is...dayum.
