As if parents don't have enough to worry about. Playground recess is supposed to be a place where, between learning, kids can run off some energy through play.
Somehow, a group of kids at a Washington Elementary School got the idea to play a perversion of the game of 'freeze tag' where in order to be un-frozen you must be humped.
Naturally, parents were upset when contacted by principal Bill Sprung to let them know what happened. But at least the school got aware of what was happening early on and moved quickly.
