Chloe Papas of X-Press Magazine was given the task of reviewing Chris Brown's new album called 'Fortune.' I hate music reviews. Not this one.

X-Press Magazine is an Australian perodical that no one I know ever gave a damn about until now. Chloe's scathing review of Chris Brown AND his album has gone viral several times over.

This is hilarious, but it shouldn't be. The fact that his album will still go platinum despite the fact that everyone knows he is a vile, disgusting, heap of woman-beating rat bile.

Remember that time after some awards show performance he gave that women tweeted that Chris Brown could beat them anytime? Don't believe?

So this reveiw is hilarious because it's a joke on us. On our inability to punish the guilty and reward the innocent.

But if the joke's so good, why aren't we laughing?
