Miami, Fla (WSAU)The Milwaukee Bucks were eliminated from the N-B-A playoff race last night, despite winning at Miami 90-to-85. The Indiana Pacers locked up the final Eastern Conference playoff spot with a home victory over Washington. Milwaukee was ahead by 14 points in the second quarter, and Carlos Delfino put the Bucks in front for good with a three-pointer with two-and-a-half minutes left. John Salmons led Milwaukee with 17 points. Luc Richard Mbah a Moute had 14 points and 12 rebounds. LeBron James scored 29 for Miami – and he became the youngest player in N-B-A history to score two-thousand points in at least seven straight seasons. Afterward, the Bucks didn’t celebrate much – as they talked about a season that was supposed to have so much promise. Center Andrew Bogut said the Bucks had plenty of chances, and they blew them all. Instead, the Bucks are playing out the string at 31-and-47. They have four games left, and will be at Detroit tomorrow night.
