LANSING, Mich (WLMI)  Voters in Lansing will head to the polls again to decide a millage increase for police and fire AND road improvements.  On Monday—city council approved a measure placing a five-year, 4-mill request on the November 8^th ballot.  In May, voters narrowly rejected a similar request.  The city is facing a 12-to-15-million dollar deficit in the next fiscal year.
