MACKINAC (WKZO) --  An executive with Amazon.com is dead after a plane crash in Michigan.  Tom Phillips was killed over the weekend when his plane went down near Mackinac Island.  His body and that of the pilot were found Sunday among the wreckage about 100-miles from the shore.  Michigan State Police say fog was a likely factor in the crash.
