LANSING, Mich (WLMI) Governor Rick Snyder says he can relate to school kids who are bullied, saying he was on the receiving end of the abuse all the way through college. Snyder made the remarks yesterday as he signed legislation banning bullying and making Michigan the 48th state to do so. The new law is known as "Matt's Safe School Law," named for East Lansing teenager Matt Epling, who took his own life in 2002 after being bullied for several years.
