GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WLMI) A judge in Grand Rapids has ordered the state of Michigan to turn over medical marijuana records on several patients in the Lansing area. The Department of Community Health had originally refused to release the information, citing patient confidentiality. On Friday, U-S Magistrate Judge Hugh Brennenman, Jr. said the federal government has a right to investigate possible drug crimes. Information on six people in the Lansing-area is being requested.
