FARMINGTON HILLS (WKZO) -- The family of a Farmington Hills woman who developed a flesh-eating disease will have an autopsy done to determine her cause of death.  33-year-old Crystal Spencer died Sunday night at Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Commerce Township.  Spencer's husband believes that his wife contracted the rare infection when she sought treatment in late June for a large boil on her thigh.
