MCLEAN, VA (WKZO) -- Two Michigan football programs will start the college season with high hopes.  The preseason "USA Today" coaches' poll has been released, and both Michigan and Michigan State have made the top 25.  The Spartans are ranked 13th.  The Wolverines checked in at the number-eight spot.
