LANSING, Mich (WLMI)  Federal indictments have been handed-down to seven people connected to a mortgage fraud ring in Lansing.  Arrest warrants were issued Thursday charging the group with a bank fraud scheme involving nearly three-dozen homes.  The Feds say the suspects would apply for mortgages, split the money and let the houses go into foreclosure.  Prosecutors believe they were able to steal nearly two-million dollars over a two year period.
