Michigan State University trustees are today considering whether to proceed with construction of a new phase of a $600 million federally backed physics research facility. The board meets this morning at 10 a.m. to discuss plans for building a 25 megawatt electrical duct bank for the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) project.
