Poll: Majority Of Michigan Voters Support Barrier To Block Pesky Asian Carp

LANSING, Mich (WLMI) If the voters of Michigan were in charge of solving the Asian Carp issue, their vote would be to permanently seal the Chicago Sanitary and Shipping Canal to stop the Carp from ever getting into the Great Lakes.  An Epic MRA poll shows that about 72% have heard about the issue and that 73% are very concerned.  About 60% favor a Physical Barrier to separate the canal from the Great Lakes.
