LANSING, Mich (WLMI)  A proposed downtown casino will be on the agenda during tonight’s Lansing City Council meeting.  Mayor Virg Bernero’s administration will make a presentation on the 245-million dollar gaming facility during the meeting.  It begins at 7pm—no action will be taken.  The casino plan is expected to face a number of legal hurdles, including lawsuits from at least two Michigan Indian tribes.
