LANSING, Mich (WLMI) The Capital City has made Forbes Magazine’s list of the most ‘miserable cities’ to live in America. Lansing ranked 13th on the list. The magazine says Lansing made the list because of the number of foreclosures, high property taxes and crummy weather. Other Michigan cities making the list—Detroit, Flint and Warren. Miami, Florida ranked #1 on the list.
