LANSING, Mich (WLMI) Times are good for the Capital Region International Airport. Data released Monday shows a 38-percent increase in ridership last year compared to 2010. Airport officials point to the success of Sun Country Airlines—which started non-stop service to Washington D-C and Minneapolis last year. That success has forced Delta Airlines to offer cheaper prices in and out of Lansing.
