EAST LANSING, Mich (WLMI) A public hearing tonight on a proposed 53-million dollar bond extension for school improvements in the East Lansing School District. Voters head to the polls on Tuesday—if approved, five elementary schools would be renovated and K-through-12 technology would be upgraded. Some had hoped the bond would’ve prevented the closing of Red Cedar Elementary—that’ll happen whether the bond passes or not. The forum begins at 7PM tonight at Glencairn Middle School.
