LANSING, Mich (WLMI) A man is behind bars in Eaton County following a nearly 4-hours standoff with police at a hotel.  6-News reports a man who claimed to have a gun was threatening people at the Day’s Inn on West Saginaw around 9-30 last night.  When sheriff’s deputies arrived, he locked himself in his room.  Officials were able to talk the man out around 1-30 this morning—there was no weapon found.  Alcohol is believed to have played a role in the incident—the man is due in court later this morning.
