LANSING, Mich (WLMI) The Capital City is looking to get guns off its streets. Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero is seeking at least 50-thousand dollars to fund a gun buy-back program. The mayor's office says they're going to be asking for donations from businesses and philanthropic outfits after three people have been gunned down in the city recently. Two victims were teenagers, while a 34-year-old woman was shot in the head by a stray bullet at the city's fireworks show on July 4th.
