STATE COLLEGE, Penn (WLMI) The NCAA is levying a fine of $60 million against Penn State due to key officials' failure to stop assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky from sexually abusing children. NCAA officials also said Penn State officials will be unable to compete in bowl games for four years. Money from the fine will go towards programs that serve the victims of sexual abuse. The University will also see scholarships reduced from 25-to-15 for the next four years. Team wins between 1998 and 2011 will also be vacated.
