LANSING, Mich (WLMI)  Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette is backing legislation which would fast-track a process to ban synthetic drugs like K-2 and Spice.  The state House passed the bills on Friday allowing the Department of Community Health and Michigan Board of Pharmacy to declare the synthetic drugs as controlled substances.  The bills before the Legislature make it a felony to sell or market the synthetic drugs.
