LANSING, Mich (WLMI)  Foreclosure activity is on the rise in the U.S.  A new report from RealtyTrac shows foreclosure filings were reported on nearly 206-thousand properties in May.  That's an increase of nine-percent from April.   In mid-Michigan—Clinton County filings dropped 6.7-percent, Ingham County saw a 28-percent drop; and Eaton County a 31-percent dip.
