BROOKLYN, Mich (WLMI) NASCAR returns to Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn this weekend. It’s the Quicken Loans 400—drivers competing on a racetrack that has been recently re-paved. The two-mile oval near Jackson just received a fresh coat of asphalt. This is the second-consecutive week the Sprint Cup Series has run on a new track. Last weekend, Joey Logano took the checkered flag on the newly-repaved Pocono Raceway. Matt Kenseth leads Dale Earnhardt, Jr. by 10 points atop the Cup standings.
