As promised, former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher has posted online the video for “ Everybody's on the Run ,” the latest single from his debut solo album Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds . The video features Gallagher as a cab driver in Los Angeles who drives around actress Mischa Barton from The O.C.  In the clip, Barton chases after Gallagher when her dress gets ripped off by the singer’s cab, while another scantily-clad gentleman chases after a pair of sneakers that were stolen from him.

“Everybody's on the Run,” along with a 15-minute remix of “AKA… What a Life!” by Amorphous Androgynous , is expected be released on 12” vinyl, CD and as a digital bundle on August 6.
