LANSING, Mich (WLMI)  Ingham County’s new 9-1-1 dispatch center can now open after a judge’s ruling on Thursday.  Circuit Judge Joyce Draganchuk dissolved a temporary restraining order that delayed the center’s opening.  That restraining order was issued after dispatchers voiced concerns over inadequate training on the center’s new phone system.  The new Jolly Road facility is now set to open in a few weeks.
