JACKSON, Mich (WLMI) A man has been charged with a fatal shooting in Jackson. 29-year old Roger Stein faces murder and weapons charges in connection with Monday’s shooting death of 22-year old Ricky Upshaw. Stein is already on parole for another crime. He faces up to life in prison if convicted.
