GRAND LEDGE, Mich (WLMI) Incoming kindergarten students in Grand Ledge won't have any books this fall.  Instead, the district is providing iPads for every one of the roughly 370 projected students.  It will cost the district 180-thousand dollars, with each one customized for every student.  The kids will be reissued the iPads in first grade in 2013, and the district will buy more iPads for the next class.
