LANSING, Mich (WLMI)  A Lansing man is behind bars after police say he got drunk and began firing a gun into the air.  It happened around 8-30 Saturday night near Cedar and Jolly.  The 27-year old was seen leaving a nearby store with a handgun—witnesses told police he’d been firing he gun into the air.  He was arrested a short time later.  Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the incident
