MASON, Mich (WLMI) A $300 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in a dog abuse case in Ingham County.  Officials at Mt. Hope Cemetery found a 12-week old dog around noon yesterday—the dog was severely injured and emaciated.  Official say it’s harness had grown into its shoulder.  The pooch—dubbed “Odie”—is recovering at Ingham County Animal Control.  Anyone with information about who may have owned the dog is asked to call (517) 676-8370.
