FLINT (WKZO) -- Jurors in Flint say a man accused of a stabbing spree is guilty of first-degree murder.
It took only two hours for the jury to find Elias Abuelazam guilty for the murder of Arnold Minor in 2010. Minor was one of five people killed in a three-month stabbing spree that also wounded nine others.
Abuelazam's defense attorney claimed his client was mentally ill. Prosecutors said the murders were planned and presented experts who said Abuelazam was sane at the time of the stabbings.
