GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WLMI) A 28-year-old Eaton County man is headed to prison for seven years for receiving child pornography. The sentence against Stephen Cutter was handed down yesterday in federal court in Grand Rapids. Cutter was caught in an undercover operation of a network where child pornography images were being traded.  Federal agents found several hundred images on computers and other devices in his home.
