A Portland High school teacher was killed in a two-vehicle crash early Saturday morning on I-96 near the Kent Street exit. 57-year-old Brad Foltz was a technology teacher and had been with the district for over a decade. School officials say they will have grief counselors on hand when students return to school in Portland on Tuesday.
