WASHINGTON (WKZO) -- The Republican Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee is warning about the sequester cuts effect on national security.  Representative Mike Rogers of Michigan told ABC's "This Week" that there is "no doubt" the defense cuts will "impact" the nation's security.  Rogers said the departments making the cuts should be given flexibility to choose where the cuts are made.
