Michigan State came back from a 12-point first half deficit and edged Iowa 62-59 last night on the road. Branden Dawson paced the Spartans with 17 points, Gary Harris added 14 and Keith Appling had 12. MSU is 13-and-3 overall and 2-and-1 in the Big Ten and will host Nebraska Sunday at the Breslin Center.
