Derrick Nix tallied 17 points and five rebounds as the Spartans sunk the Cornhuskers, 66-56. Branden Dawson chipped in with 12 points and six rebounds for Michigan State, which improved to 14-and-3 and 3-and-1 in the Big Ten. The Spartans are at Penn State on Wednesday night.
