DETROIT (WKZO) -- Emails have allegedly emerged showing that state officials consulted Mike Duggan regarding the selection of an emergency financial manager for the City of Detroit.
Union Activist Robert Davis claims that Duggan was a key adviser in the process. Davis says that Duggan is a fraud and that he told citizens of Detroit he was against an EM, but he was part of the team that brought the EM to the city.
The emails reportedly date back to about a month before Governor Rick Snyder appointed attorney Kevyn Orr as emergency manager. Duggan says the emails show he lobbied against the appointment of an EM.
