A federal complaint filed against East Lansing Public Schools' claims its decision to close Red Cedar Elementary School discriminates against the minority students who go there. The school received a letter last Friday from the U.S. Department of Education detailing the claim. East Lansing School’s superintendant Dave Chapin says there is no way would the school discriminate against anyone. The East Lansing School Board has a monthly meeting tonight.
