We now have a blueprint of how to fix Lansing’s expected $9 million budget deficit. Lansing City Council is expected to get final details next week of the recommendations of the financial health team led by former mayor David Hollister. Among the tough choices is consolidating some city services, including Board of Water and Light, eliminating subsidies, and even selling city hall.
