LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan State Police are set to add 13 new motor carrier officers.  The officers graduated Thursday from the 18th Motor Carrier Recruit School.  They will specialize in commercial vehicle enforcement through aggressive size and weight enforcement and providing enforcement of hazardous material regulations and criminal interdiction.
