WASHINGTON (WZKO) -- A Michigan Republican says it's hard to gauge the mental stability of North Korea's 28-year-old leader.  House Intelligence Committee Chair Mike Rogers told CNN's "State of the Union" that's exactly why threats from the country are being taken very seriously at the Capitol.  Rogers said it would be a mistake to assume Kim Jong-un wouldn't make good on his threats to launch a nuclear attack on the United States.
