Vampire Weekend is giving us the chance to check out two tracks from their upcoming album, Modern Vampire of the City .  On Monday, the band posted videos for new cuts “ Diane Young ” and “ Step ” online.

The video for “Diane Young” features a full-length stream of the track, accompanied by footage of two cars that are on fire.  The video for “Step” is more of a traditional lyric video, in which the song's lyrics flash across the screen, accompanied by scenic footage of the group’s hometown of New York City.  Both songs will be available on a limited-edition seven-inch vinyl single on April 9.

Modern Vampire of the City will arrive in stores on May 7.  If you pre-order the album on Tuesday at iTunes , you’ll receive an instant download of “Diane Young.”
